October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Are you checking your own breasts every month at home? Boob Lube (funny name, we know) reminds you to do so every time you soap up…And here are a few more ways to reduce your risk.
Autumn is a natural time to turn our attention inwards and reflect upon the fruits our labor from the summer and spring. Steven Redhead takes us thorough a philosophical discussion on how our perceptions influence and create our life, health and the surrounding environment.
Dudes, who are also fathers, this blog is for you! NaturalPapa.com is well written and has some really great articles. Derek’s latest topic discusses co-sleeping with a baby. This is what we like to see: men taking an active role in their health and the health of their families!
Weeds! Here in the Pacific Northwest, the summer drought season is over and now the weeds start to take off as the rains return. It gets tiring pulling weeds on a weekly basis. Here are some recipes to make homemade weed killer. You know it’s safe and natural if you make it yourself. No hidden ingredients.
I love this toothpaste taste test by kids. What a great idea! Get a bunch of little ones together an do a natural toothpaste taste test with them. My favorite quote: “if I had to brush my teeth with that again it would make me sad.” Ha, gotta love the honesty!
What about you, what are you reading?
